GMP Soft Services Leader: Quality, Safety & Hygiene

Sodexo is seeking a Soft Services Manager in Dublin to lead soft facilities services within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This senior role emphasizes Quality, Health & Safety, GMP, cleaning, hygiene and compliance, while overseeing a large workforce and a food service operation in line with food safety and HACCP.

You will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and client relationships, and ensure audit readiness across the site.
