GMP QA Director - Cell & Gene Therapy Ops

Vertex is seeking a Director, Quality Assurance GMP Operations to provide end-to-end quality oversight for Cell & Gene CDMOs, supporting QA activities across development, launch, and commercial manufacturing globally.

You will lead quality governance, drive CAPA, change control, and maintain the QMS, partnering with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.
