GMP Manufacturing Lead: Line Ops & Team Coach

McDermott Laboratories Limited Viatris is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee lines, ensure GMP compliance, and drive output targets in a fast-paced facility in Ireland. You will lead the Exhibit Assembly Operators, manage MBRs, and report KPIs to the Production Manager.

The role requires Leaving Certificate or equivalent, the ability to work 24-7 shifts, and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MES, SAP, Trackwise and Documentum is advantageous.
