GM IOM Operations Lead - Partnerships & Change

Ministry of Justice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Operational Lead for the Greater Manchester Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

You will lead local IOM delivery, oversee multi-agency case management, drive performance, and collaborate with partners across probation, police, prisons, health providers and local authorities to reduce reoffending and support desistance.
