Global Workplace Experience Lead

Klaviyo Inc. seeks a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead operations across international offices, including Dublin, London, Paris, Munich, Sydney and Singapore. Based in Dublin, you will oversee a distributed team, ensuring scalable programs and high-quality employee experiences across time zones.

You will partner with Real Estate, IT, and Communications to shape Klaviyo's global workplace strategy and support Dublin HQ evolution while driving consistency with local market needs.
