Global Workforce Contracts & Compliance Manager

Web Summit is seeking an operational contracts and compliance professional for its Legal team. The role focuses on employment contracts, contractor and EOR documentation, and life-cycle records, working closely with Legal, People Operations, Recruitment and Finance to ensure compliant documentation and approvals.

You'll manage end-to-end workflows, maintain accurate registers and support onboarding/offboarding with confidential data handling.
