Global Training Director (Defense Autonomy)

UFORCE, headquartered in London, seeks a Director of Global Training to standardise and scale training across markets for its uncrewed systems. You will own syllabi, assessments and certifications, while coordinating with regional teams to ensure safe, legal and effective operation.

The role requires leading multi-site training programs, developing new training for products, and leveraging field lessons to improve instruction. Travel to bases and customer sites will be regular.
