Global Training & Readiness Leader

Wayve is seeking a Global Head of Training to own the strategy, standards, and operating model for training the on-road workforce across regions. You will build scalable curricula, certification pathways, and data-driven updates aligning training with product changes and safety findings.

You will lead a distributed team, drive global consistency, and ensure readiness before deployment while collaborating with Operations, Product, and Safety to meet business needs.
