Global Training & Mission Lead - Defence Ops & Tactics

Helsing, a defence AI company, seeks a Team Lead for internationally aligned Training and Mission Success Specialist roles. You will plan and execute field deployments and training across international markets, lead cross discipline teams, and act as the primary business development interface during deployments.

You will also deliver HX 2 tactics instruction and supervise senior customer success during engagements, shaping customer experience and product improvements across global programmes.
