Global TPM & Maintenance Process Lead

Bacardi is seeking a Global Process Lead for Make, covering Manufacturing and Maintenance, reporting to the Global Process Owner. You will define, govern, and drive end-to-end Make and Maintenance processes across the global manufacturing network, embedding TPM and Maintenance Excellence into SAP S/4HANA-enabled execution.
