Global Total Rewards Lead - Compensation & Benefits

myPOS AD is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to own compensation and benefits across the business. You'll run cycles, manage data, and advise on country-specific benefits to ensure a defensible, competitive framework applied consistently.

You'll oversee MIP administration, harmonise benefits across 10 countries, and partner with PE owners to align salary ranges, policy rollout, and data governance. AI tools welcome, and GDPR-compliant processes are essential.
