Global Total Rewards Analyst - UK & Ireland Focus

Yum! is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst on a fixed-term basis to support UK & ROI compensation, benefits, and analytics. You will help run annual cycles, manage data, and harmonize job leveling across markets within a Global Total Rewards COE.

You'll collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and external partners while driving data-driven insights and regulatory readiness across Pay Transparency initiatives.
