Jobtailor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for local and global tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft pipelines, refine strategies, and deliver a superb candidate experience while continuously innovating sourcing channels.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in tech recruiting, strong behavioral interviewing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. Requires English and Hebrew fluency.
