Synthomer plc seeks a Global Technical Manager for Specialty Vinyl Polymers (SVP) to lead R&D and Technical Service, shape global technical strategy and deliver growth across PVC, coatings, adhesives and related markets. You will partner with commercial, manufacturing and leadership teams to drive innovation and customer success.

The role requires deep technical leadership, strategic thinking and strong collaboration across global functions, with travel to key markets as needed.
