Global Tax Strategy Lead - PE Backed Maritime Group

Marcura is seeking a Head of Tax to lead the global tax function across jurisdictions and support a PE-backed growth trajectory. You will report to the CFO, shape tax strategy, manage a cross-border team and oversee tax risk, compliance and planning.

The role requires deep technical expertise across UAE, UK, and international tax, with strong leadership and strategic influence at the C-suite level.
