Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Global Tariff Project Manager to lead initiatives that assess and manage tax and legislative impacts on global trade, orders, and invoicing processes affecting our supply chain. This role will primarily focus on the EMEA region and oversee multiple workstreams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with global trade regulations.
This role will manage stakeholder alignment, coordinate technical teams, ensure timely migration of payment processes, and maintain compliance with statutory trade standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage global tariff-related projects with a primary focus on EMEA markets.
- Analyze and interpret tax and legislative changes impacting global trade and supply chain operations.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to global trade compliance standards and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tariff management and global trade processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, TGS Business Partners, and external vendors to align on requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for tariff systems.
- Coordinate system, integration, and regression testing using HP ALM or similar test management tools, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
