Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR and Marketing in the EMEA region. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

You will map talent, research markets, expand channels beyond familiar networks, track activity and provide insights to improve candidate engagement and time-to-fill.
