Job Description

Sulzer is seeking a Senior Lead Talent Engagement to join our Global Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence. You will lead worldwide talent and employee experience initiatives, shaping how we attract, engage, develop, and retain people across a truly global organisation.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive projects from idea to scalable delivery, improve onboarding and internal mobility, and help evolve our Talent Technology stack, including Workday.
