Global SVP, Coaching Services - Scale & Leadership

EZRA is hiring a Senior SVP, Coaching Services to lead the global strategy, performance and leadership of Coaching Services. You will manage the coach network, operations and professional development across regions to ensure the right coaches in the right markets, delivering customer programmes at scale.

You will shape direction, build a strong leadership team, and drive high-quality coaching standards while collaborating with Product, Sales and Delivery to win major opportunities.
