Global Strategy & Operations Lead

Wolt is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for Global Support in London. You will redefine how we collect, analyze, and act on refunds and contact rate, working with regional and product teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will standardize operating models across markets, build KPI dashboards, drive cross functional initiatives, and explore outsourcing to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
