Global Strategy & Insights Leader

Starcom is seeking a senior strategist to partner with Mars Petcare and divisional clients on transforming marketing capabilities and strategy across the network. You will enable end-to-end PESO experiences and oversee governance across multiple markets, delivering high-impact insights and guidance.

The role requires fluency in Ehrenberg-Bass/How Brands Grow, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in global strategy and training across regions. International travel may be needed.
