Global Software Legal Lead - Senior Counsel

Clifton Search are seeking a UK-qualified Senior Sole Counsel to lead a newly acquired software/tech division. The role is standalone, highly autonomous, reporting to an internationally based CEO, and requires hands-on leadership across the business.
