Global SMB Customer Success Team Lead

Guesty is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to manage and develop our SMB segment in EMEA. The Team Lead will oversee a global team of CSMs responsible for 800+ clients across the region, driving retention, upsells, and overall account growth.

You will build scalable processes, digitalise the customer journey, and coach CSMs on strategic conversations with clients in a dynamic global environment. Barcelona-based candidates must work from the office twice a week; all other locations mentioned
