Global SMB Ads Marketing Lead

OpenAI is seeking an International Marketing Lead for SMB Ads to build and scale its global SMB Ads business outside the United States. You will own international advertiser targets and lead a cross-functional team to deliver acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

You will translate global strategy into regional execution, prioritize markets, and drive locally relevant go-to-market programs with regional leaders across positioning, demand generation, lifecycle, and offers.
