Global Share Plan & Governance Leader

Primark is seeking a Share Plan & Governance Manager to lead end-to-end administration of global share plans, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and manage relationships with providers, trustees and payroll teams. You will coordinate executive reward activities and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires 6+ years in share plan administration, strong cross-jurisdictional knowledge, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
