Global Settlements & Risk Lead

FIS in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oversight Settlement Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Custody Team UK, Settlements and related functions. You will provide direction, ensure controls, manage risks, and drive governance and improvement.

You will oversee cross-location teams in the UK and Pune, India, coach staff, maintain procedures, and ensure compliance with FCA rules and service standards, while partnering with senior management and clients.
