Global Senior Legal Counsel, Life Sciences & Commercial

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Billingham, UK, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a principal advisor on complex commercial, procurement and site matters across the CDMO and Life Sciences businesses.

You will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, quality agreements and NDAs, advise leadership on regulatory risks (GDPR, competition, GMP interfaces), and lead legal training and templates. This role offers autonomy and executive exposure within a global team.
