Global SDR Director - Lead & Grow High-Impact Team

Ripple is hiring a Director, Global SDR Operations in London to lead a six-person SDR team across New York, São Paulo, London, Dubai and Singapore. The role drives outbound prospecting and rapid follow-up on marketing leads, partnering with Growth Marketing to convert leads to opportunities.

You will report to the GTM Strategy and Operations leader, coordinate with regional MDs, and embed SDRs into regional go-to-market rhythms while shaping talent and process globally.
