Global Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead

Smiths Detection is undertaking a global Salesforce CRM transformation to standardise customer management, forecasting, pipeline visibility and commercial decision-making. We seek a CRM Business Transformation Lead to own the business side of the deployment, ensuring adoption and value delivery across a multinational sales organisation.

This leader will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external partners, and drive governance and change management to embed Salesforce across the business.
