Global Reward & People Operations Leader

Oxford Quantum Circuits is seeking a Head of Reward & People Operations to shape the people infrastructure for international growth. You will design scalable reward programmes, oversee equity administration, HR systems, and drive governance across multiple markets.

You will lead the People Operations team, partner with Finance, Legal and Payroll, implement HiBob, and deliver data-driven, compliant people solutions in a fast-growing tech environment.
