Job Description

Career Moves Group I B Corp is seeking a Reward & Benefits Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term assignment in London. The role sits at the foundational build-out of the global compensation and benefits function, reporting to the Director of Total Reward.

You will own benefits renewals, design global reward structures, and help shape best-practice thinking as the function is created from scratch. Great communication across levels will be essential in this hands-on, strategic-support role.
