Global Repair Operations Leader

Sepura Limited is seeking an experienced Repair Operations Manager to lead the Cambridge Service Centre and own end-to-end repair service performance for a global customer base.

You will drive capacity planning, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams, ensuring scalable, compliant repair services while delivering against SLAs and financial targets.
