Global Reinsurance Strategy Director

CNA Hardy is seeking a Reinsurance Director to shape and deliver reinsurance strategy for CNA Hardy and its international segment. You will lead programme design, strengthen broker and reinsurer partnerships and drive development of systems, processes and operations.

Deputise for the AVP Reinsurance when required. We value strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management and a proven track record in outward reinsurance within a global insurer.
