Global Recognition Programs Manager

McDonald's is seeking a Manager, Recognition to lead global programs and stakeholder engagement within the Global Total Rewards team. You will drive end-to-end delivery of the NEXT Restaurant Team Award and support enterprise recognition initiatives such as SHINE across markets.

Working with Global People, Operations and external partners, you will develop plans, govern processes, track risks, and report progress to leadership to ensure consistent, scalable recognition across the System.
