Global Publishing Counsel - Contracts & Ethics (Flexible Hours)

Elsevier is seeking a Company Counsel to support content acquisition teams and provide legal guidance on publishing ethics, research integrity, contracts, rights clearance, disputes and compliance. You will report directly to the General Counsel, Content, and help implement consistent processes across the organisation.

You'll collaborate with the Legal Department and cross-functional teams, delivering clear advice, balancing risk with commercial aims, and developing templates, training and
