National Grid plc seeks a Group Psychological Health and Wellbeing Manager to shape its wellbeing agenda across the UK and US. You will lead standards, programmes, and training, partnering with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes in colleague wellbeing.

Reporting to the Group Head of Health and Wellbeing, you will oversee policy development, risk assessment, data analysis, and external engagement to advance strategic psychological health initiatives.
