We are seeking a Wealth and Premier Solutions (WPS) Global Product Services Manager to collaborate across business lines, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of our wealth and banking products. Responsibilities- Design, operationalise, and embed new WPS product target operating models across multiple HSBC businesses, markets, and products
- Lead the end-to-end design, enhancement, and governance of the WPS Global Product Operating Framework
- Manage third-party identification, onboarding, contracting, and oversight processes, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks
- Drive product lifecycle management optimisation using digital solutions and cross-functional alignment
- Assess new global product applications for operational readiness as part of the product governance process
- Manage and execute business change initiatives and resolve issues impacting multiple markets or products
- Understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Investment, and Retail Banking products, including their end-to-end lifecycle management
- Knowledge of the product governance process
- Experience supporting the design of target operating models and writing procedures, operating instructions, and/or frameworks
- Proven record of delivery across multiple markets, with familiarity in Agile methodology and the change management lifecycle
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and matrixed structures across countries and time zones, with strong stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and front-to-back processes
