Global Product Director: Strategy, Growth & Leadership

Fortress Safety in Wolverhampton is seeking a Product Director to own the global product strategy for a leading safety technology business. You will shape the portfolio, balance near-term delivery with long-term value, and sit on the Fortress Board to influence strategy.

You will lead Product Management, R&D and Safety Services across regions, translating customer and regulatory insights into differentiated solutions and traveling internationally as required.
