Global Process Owner - Amsterdam - 12+ Months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Global Process Owner for an exciting project with a Consumer goods client of ours.

• Process Design and Standardization: Develop and standardize digital processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all business units and geographical locations.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance digital processes, leveraging feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure digital processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, managing risks and implementing necessary controls.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders across various regions and business units to ensure alignment and support for digital transformation initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to implement process improvements, including training, communication, and support to help employees adapt to new digital ways of working.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation within the beauty, FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing industries.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business processes.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
