Global PMO Lead - Hands-On Delivery & Team Growth

The role reports to the COO and leads a small, geographically distributed PMO team across the UK, Australia, and the US, while personally delivering critical operational, systems and change projects to help the business scale.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in detail, champions standards, and drives continuous improvement across teams and functions.
