Global PMO Lead - Hands-On Delivery & Leadership

Totara is a global learning platform powering organizations with workforce readiness solutions. The Operations PMO Lead will manage a small, globally distributed team and personally own a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects across the UK, Australia, and US.

You will lead by example, work hands-on, and drive delivery from kickoff through BAU handover. The role blends leadership with practical project delivery and continuous improvement.
