Global Platform Operations & Governance Lead Analyst

Schroders in London is seeking a Platform Business Management Lead Analyst 1 to help operate the Global Operating Platform, coordinating governance, strategy execution and financial and headcount analysis.

You will liaise with Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk, People & Culture and Finance, driving inclusion and diversity, and ensuring global consistency across Platform processes while managing budgets and training initiatives.
