Global People Strategy Director

Fourth LTD is seeking a Director, People Partnering to shape and execute the people strategy across multiple regions. You will advise senior leadership, lead HRBPs, and ensure excellence in organisational design, talent strategy, employee relations, and performance management in a global context.

You will balance commercial acumen with deep HR expertise, navigate regulatory differences, and build consistent practices across US, UK and Bulgaria.
