Global People Services Advisor

Aryza UK Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to join their People Team in Lisburn. This role will support the Head of People Services in enhancing colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing shared service models and support business transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and compliance with UK/Ireland employment law.
