Global People Operations Partner - AI & HR Ops

Ometria is seeking a People Partner to support day-to-day people operations, employee relations, and cross-country partnership across five regions. You'll work closely with managers and the CPO in a hands-on, high-trust team that values pragmatic guidance and process excellence.

You'll help embed AI into how the People function works, while keeping operations compliant and audit-ready. This role starts mid-October and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with room to grow.
