Global People Operations Manager (UK & US)

Kooth is seeking a People Operations Manager in London to lead the day to day delivery of People Operations across the UK and US. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable, compliant processes and build an excellent employee experience.

You will manage a team of three People Operations Generalists, oversee HRIS and payroll, and ensure compliance with UK/US employment laws. The role requires CIPD/SHRM accreditation and hands on HRIS expertise.
