Global People Operations Architect & Leader

Ouster is seeking a Director of Global People Operations to architect and scale our international People infrastructure. You will report to the Chief People Officer and build high level frameworks while configuring day to day workflows to ensure compliant operations across multiple countries.

You will lead global HRIS, payroll, and vendor relationships, partnering with Finance, Legal, and COEs to implement scalable processes and analytics for executives.
