Global Pension Transformation Lead

Haleon is seeking a Global Pension Manager to lead transformation projects across Europe, Middle East, Africa and APAC, and oversee UK & Ireland retirement plans, ensuring governance and compliance with external vendors and Haleon's delivery teams.

You will partner with Reward Business Partners, Global Mobility, and Executive Reward to drive pension strategies, simplify operations, and manage complex pension issues while maintaining rigorous governance and reporting standards.
