Global Payroll Leader: Scale & Govern 12-Country Ops

LeoVegas is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead end to end payroll across 12 countries, including Sweden, Denmark and Finland, while building a scalable governance model. This role combines strategic leadership with hands on delivery, ensuring compliant, accurate payroll across an international environment.

You will own vendor performance, data governance and global reporting, partnering with HR and Finance to drive cost insights and workforce planning.
