Global Payroll Lead - Multi-Country Compliance

One Identity, LLC in Cork is seeking a highly experienced Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. This senior standalone role reports to senior stakeholders and offers visibility across HR and Finance.

You will lead payroll across EMEA and Americas, ensure compliance with Irish PAYE/PRSI/USC and other jurisdictions, integrate data with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP, drive process improvements, and mentor the payroll team.
